Day 01: Arrive at Delhi.

Arrival at Delhi IGI International airport, On arrival traditional ‘Swagat’ (Welcome) our company representative would assist you at the airport & transfer to hotel for check-in.

Day 02: Delhi sightseeing.

After leisure breakfast at hotel, experience one of the oldest cities in the world. Delhi has its own history and the monuments are tablets on which that history is written. Full day sightseeing visiting Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, lotus temple and then travel through India Gate, The Parliament House and Presidents House.

Not to miss the Old Delhi which is known as “Shahjahanbad”. Visit imposing Red Fort, The Friday Mosque, Birla Templeand Chandni Chowck (The Moonlight Square). Overnight stay at hotel .

Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur By Surface (263Kms/05 hrs drive approx.).

After leisure breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Jaipur. On arrival check in to the hotel and take small rest. popularly known as Pink City, the flamboyant & colourful capital of Rajasthan. With its rich & colourful past, resplendent with tales of valour & bravery, it is now one of the most important heritage cities in India. The city was founded in the year 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. It remains the only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe, through nine rectangular sectors.

Optional – Chokhi Dhani

An evening excursion to Chokhi Dhani complex, ethnic village resort located at a distance of 15 km from Jaipur. Rajasthani village atmosphere is recreated on the sprawling ground & includes the entertainment by folk dancers & musicians. Later drive back to hotel.

Day 04: Jaipur – Full Day Tour.

After leisure breakfast ,you will process to excursion of Amber Fort, the palace complex which stands to this date was commenced under the reign of Raja Man Singh. We take an Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill, an overwhelming experience.

Later we visit the City Palace, a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture. The center of the palace is a seven-storied building called Chandra Palace, with fine views over the gardens & the city. Further we visit Jantar Mantar (Solar Observatory), an astronomical treasure house, with solar devices that give accurate predictions till date. We also visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a five-storied structure of pink sandstone. It was built in the year 1799 so that veiled royal women could peer down the busy street market unseen by the world through its 593 stone Jharokas (mini windows) Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur – Agra (235Kms/05 hrs drive approx.).

After leisure breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Agra ‘City of Love’ enroute visiting the ghost city at Fatehpur Sikri built by Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1569 and later abandoned after 15 years ue scarcity of water supply. See the graceful buildings including Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Bulund Darwaza and other Palaces. On arrival Agra, check-in at hotel and take small rest. After small rest you will visit Taj Mahal (closed on every Friday)… a mausoleum built as a symbol Emperor Shah Jehan’s devotion to his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. Considered an architectural marvel, its construction took thousands of workers over 21 years to complete. This edifice is replete with decorative inlays, carvings and calligraphy. Latter you will visit Agra Fort, which was commissioned in 1565 by Akbar, and subsequently embellished by other Mughal Emperors. The beautiful yet forbidding structure is a handsome example of Mughal architecture.
After sightseeing return to hotel and take rest.

Day 06: Agra- Jhansi – Khajuraho (by surface).

After leisure breakfast check out the hotel and transfer to railway station, board the train for Jhansi. On arrival Jhansi and direct drive to Khajuraho by road (180 kms/5 hrs drive approx), en route visiting Orchha and visit the Orchha fort complex. The Jahangir Mahal in the fort is known for its delicate work balanced with strong masonry. Raj Mahal, the second palace in this fort complex is well known for its murals, depicting religious themes. Later, visit the Raja Ram Temple. Lord Ram is worshipped here as a king. Also visit the Laxmi Narayan temple, a unique blend of temple and fort architecture. Latter arrive Khajuraho and check in to pre reserved hotel and take rest.

Day 07: Khajuraho – Varanai.

After leisure breakfast , you will process for a half day tour of Khajuraho. Visit the Western Group of Temples the Kandariya Mahadeo is dedicated to Lord Shiva, and the largest of Khajuraho’s temples. The temple of Devi Jagdamba is considered to be one of the most erotic temples of Khajuraho. Later, visit the Eastern Group of Temples – The temple of Parsvanath is the largest of the Jain temples in Khajuraho, India and the finest … without any sexual motifs. After sightseeing direct transfer to air port and board the flight for Varanasi.
On arrival check in to the hotel and take rest.

Day 08: Varanasi – Full day tour.

Early Morning boat excursion on the holy River Ganges to see the Bathing Ghats and the Cremation Site. Watching people bathing and worshipping at the Ghats are one of the most unique experiences of a visit to India. Return to hotel in time for breakfast. After breakfast you will process for sightseeing Varanasi is one of the world’s oldest living civilised cities and considered as India’s most ‘Sacred city’. You will visit Bharat Mata Temple with a big relief map of India in marble, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, New Vishwanath Temple, Banaras Hindu University and the mosque built by Moghul Emperor Auirangzeb. Later at early evening visit to the Ganges to witness the evening prayers of Holy River Ganges.

Day 09: Varanasi- Delhi depart for home.

After leisure breakfast you will process excursion tour to Sarnath – The Buddhist City where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. Sarnath was a renowned school of learning from 6th century B.C. to 12th Century A.D. Visit the ruins, the Stupa, the Buddhist Temple and the Museum. Afternoon transfer to Airport to flight for Delhi. On arrival direct transfer to International airport terminal for onward journey with pleasant experience.
